“The reservationist was very pleasant he gave us an upgrade on our room to a suite because it was my boyfriend's birthday he also gave us a complimentary $25 coupon for drinks which paid for both me and his drink it was very clean and very professional wonderful stay would recommend this hotel to everyone I know”

“Hotel is dated, bathroom and sink area are tiny. But, for the price and for just a place to rest, it was very accommodating.”

“The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.”

“I didn’t like that the breakfast was not included in the stay. I asked the lady at the counter to check if the breakfast was included in the stay, she said no without proper verification, otherwise the Hotel is great and their room are great and proximity to airport is great too with shuttle service.”

“So, they initially put us up in their annex which was really not so pleasant. They most kindly changed our room into the main hotel and that was wonderful - I do find it odd though that after all this time they still do not have an elevator. If you can't handle the stairs, this is no place for you! Still, the folks were most kind, and they even helped us take our bags up and down the stairs. But they really do need to get the elevator up - 6 floors man! ”

The room needs some maintenance, such as one side of the trim panel above the curtain is peeling off 1 inch, the location of the hotel is very good, it is very close to the airport, the swimming pool is closed in winter, and the gym is not found, the room There is no hair dryer.
