"Better than expected after reading mixed reviews. Room was spacious and clean. Ryan from reception quickly sorted our query with the air-conditioning and obtained a standard lamp for us as weirdly part of the room didnt have lighting. We had a good lunch on our 1st day, 2nd day my lunch was nothing like the description on the menu. Please note (apparently) the service charge automatically added to the bill does not go to the staff. The included breakfast was very good. We used the swimming pool...

"Beautiful location that’s better than the pictures. Lots of areas to hang out. Staff was friendly helpful and flexible. The best we’ve worked with. We loved how quiet and peaceful the location is and felt very safe at all times. The kids loved the pool, slide and trampoline along with the fabulous snorkeling. Only negative was no beach to walk along. But that wasn’t advertised. Very memorable New Year’s Eve trip. We loved it!"

"The view was beautiful but misleading as there is a huge, ugly bauxite plant on the left, not shown in any photos. The noise was extremely loud and annoying from all the trucks with air brakes, motorcycles and cars with loud mufflers from the road directly below the unit. It was so loud that we couldn't converse with each other on the balcony or talk on our cell phone. The description said "occasional noise"; this is completely misleading and inaccurate. "This location was a cute loft bedroom with a small kitchen. Outdoor patio was nice to sit at for breakfast. The building is under renovation and will be very pretty when done but had a lot of construction debris/trash when we stayed. There is a grocery store supposed to open up on the property. Otherwise there was one nearby along with fast food snd other small restaurants within walking distance. Our host was very responsive and helped us arrange tours and transfers. "
