They were kind, attentive and worked around the clock for guests, although their beautiful town was destroyed before our eyes. "We had a wonderful time during our stay. We had a King Ocean View room in Nalu building (4) 6th floor. The view was spectacular. Room was exactly like pictured. I didnt think it was dated at all but standard hotel decor. It was as expected. Room was clean and balcony was great. I loved the open air hallways nestled next to Black Rock. "It was beautiful and the staff was lovely. But the temperature in my room was beyond cold. I blasted the heater and put a towel under the door but there was still cold air coming in through the hallways. Don’t understand why be so wasteful. I had to put on layers to sleep and my face was frozen every day."
