“Beautiful ”

“The property was beautiful and very clean. Staff was courteous and friendly. It was really a tropical paradise! The food was very good. The shuttle service was great for a large property. Beautiful resort! The family unit was excellent. Very spacious. Tree lined walkways were quiet. The pool was fantastic. Highly recommend. ”

“El hotel necesita renovaciones. La dama que nos hizo el check-inn olvidó anotar nuestra reserva que nos hizo para cenar en el Restaurante a la Carta. De igual forma, ella no fue muy gentil desde el inicio diciendo que no podíamos permanecer ni unos minutos mas en la habitación después de las 11:00 am cuando es el check-out, aún cuando teníamos reserva de Kayak de 10-11 am. Nada les costaba, aún sabiendo que salíamos un lunes y casi no habían huéspedes en el hotel. El check-out debería ser a las……

“Property and its amenities were great! Only issue we had was at check in. We had reserved two rooms due to the amount of children we have in our family. I had called several times in prior weeks to ensure we had rooms that were somewhat nearby. Upon arrival, we were told our rooms were in separate buildings on the opposite sides of the resort. I told them we had called several times and were told it would not be a problem - they said they saw the notes on the reservation, but unfortunately……

“Lovely stay and friendly staff. Highly reccomend the floating breakfast which includes a lot of options and can easily feed 4 people. The oceanview room was amazing and the grounds and beach area are clean and stunning! ”

“We went in low season so there were only a few guests. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast had a number of choices, but was only average. The pool was great; however, it did close at 6 p.m. Overall, I enjoyed the stay.”

“We enjoyed our stay, ocean, low and high tides. Wonderful place! Staff wonderful! Spa service including massage and chocolate wraps were superb. Transportation to airport was on Mercedes Benz absolutely amazing! All inclusive resort need a little bot improve restaurants dinning experience, just 2 restaurants. ”

“各方面都好，尤其喜欢他的温泉！唯一不理想的是餐厅的饭做的不太好次，第一个晚上点了鱼和扇贝还可以，第二个晚上点了肋眼牛肉和扇贝，牛肉就是一块肉，但是肉还是很好吃的，只是没有一点菜，配的土豆泥里面全是奶酪，像牛皮糖一样拉不起来，扇贝味道还好但是牙碜，有沙子。第三晚逃去温泉那边吃自助，40刀一位，凑合。总之比我后来去的酒店饭差。但温泉绝对值得来！”

“酒店环境超好，唯一不足的是所属酒店的出租车太贵，比较别的酒店的司机来接的都贵。去镇上要12刀，我叫baild的酒店来接都只要10刀”

“Beautiful place and very relaxing. Electric power in our room was a bit interrupted occasionally … I feel that’s not uncommon in C.R.?. I will say, it was the most touristy place we visited. If thats your comfort zone we highly recommend. If we are in Fortuna again we will return to enjoy their amazing property and excellent hospitality! Wonderful place didn’t want to leave!”
