"Great staff all very friendly they couldn’t do enough for us. Had a honesty bar which was a really good idea. You could take own drink into bar hosts didn’t mind at all. Also a microwave to heat your own food if you wished to do so. Breakfast was very good you could have whatever you wanted. Lots of options. Modern and very clean. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again. Situated right on sea front and 3 minute walk to train station. Very convenient. "

"We had a fabulous time in Swanage and Sarah was kind enough to call in advance to check what time we were arriving and advised us on where to park upon arrival. This is a beautiful B&B and we felt very welcomed upon arrival despite the Covid situation, our host was very compliant with masks and sanitisers around the house. "What a fantastic place. Right from our arrival everything was great. Well kept. Clean. Comfortable. Fantastic continental breakfast. We were even given a bag to take the breakfast's ‘leftovers’ for a lunchtime snack. Plus a well stocked hospitality tray. Aditi & Trevor were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you. "

"We were attending a funeral so not a happy time. The only thing I could fault our stop over was that the nearest car park was 10 minuets away and was time limited which ment we had to go back to pay for our parking before the time limite was up"

"Location was good for Portland attractions. There was a problem with our room which was quickly sorted with the staff. Its a large old house quite dark and cold in the winter. Probably a better summer venue."

"Karen and Graham were excellent hosts and the breakfast was a full English one and many other options in the morning. Pretty easy walk from the train station along the seashore promenade to the Guesthouse. We lucked out with 4 sunny days and enjoyed ourselves as many restaurants and eateries in the neighbourhood."
