“This property is badly in need of an update. Patio doors have no seals causing noise and rain to come through. Kitchen was poorly stocked with glassware, dishes and cooking pans, toaster had a dangerous electrical shortage, there was no dining table, and water pressure and temperature from the showers was very poor. "En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten atención a las señales de no molestar colocadas por los huéspedes."
