"I have to wait for the room to be ready, 45 minutes after the check in time. I was able to enter the room given to me at 4 pm I was never offered about an upgrade, considering that my room was not ready to hnded over in time. I did ask, because i was tired from trip, if they have another room ready right away, to be able to get situated in it, but they just kept me waiting until 3:45 PM "

"In the past I stayed at the hotel Hispaniola which I always found a nice and familiar hotel. Although years have passed by, and it isn't the new building I stayed at a couple of times, as well me as my brother are very satisfied with the kindness we were treated at the lobby, the restaurant, the taxidrivers standing at the hotel as the atmosphere, the cozyness, the familiar touch it has. Even if they weren't rebuilding the hotel, I consider to go back next time. There are a lot of good hotels in...
