"This is a no frills hotel with a very friendly staff making sure that you are doing fine. They even go the extra mile in helping the customer. We were offered water and tea every time that we walked into the hotel. The rooms are not luxurious, but they are comfortable. Breakfast was very good and plenty of food to eat. We had a good time."

"This is an older property and is good value for money. They have a few amenities that make it memorable - like a thermal pool and thermal water in the bathroom. It is based in a decent location within walking distance from restaurants and shops. The language barrier could be a problem as they do not have an English speaker. We pointed out some issues and they were very helpful in fixing it immediately. I needed to do laundry and the lady was very kind and even hung it out for me as we went out for the day. "

"This is your basic room with no frills. Our room had the view on the mountains which was amazing. The host and staff were super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast had very few options. Real coffee (instead of instant) would have been better. The water is very hard which makes your skin very dry and for the soap to sudd. The tv remote did not work well and sound could not be controlled."
