"Not a Hotels.com accommodation! This is an apartment and managed by multiple individuals which led to poor communication and a not so great stay. The contact number was unanswered the entire day of our stay despite multiple calls. The apartment owner did call us back 8 hours after our initial call. We arrived within 'check-in' hours to an empty facility prior to his call back and wandered around aimlessly until he called back in which we had to go to another location to pick up the keys. "We had a lovely stay at Citypoint. While the room was smaller it was well laid out and eaisly accommodated us and our 2 north american sized suitcases. It was central without being too noisy. Easy to walk where we wanted to go. "
