"Great stay. Helpful staff. Little things at this level matter though - answering the phone when you’re in the middle of checking someone in isn’t a great look. And the room was uncomfortably warm, even with windows open or AC on max. The views on the other side would’ve been stunning looking East over Oyster Haven. West-facing you just have a car park. "Beautiful hotel and grounds with a great bar and restaurant. Outside of the hustle and bustle of Cork which is nice because it’s only a 10-15euro taxi into town or a 20min downhill walk.
