"The property is large and about 50 minutes from the airport in the middle of nowhere. The food options are great!! Reservations are not required for the restaurants but you have to get there at least 15 minutes before they open if you want to get a table. The selection of food at the buffet and the different restaurant are excellent. The people and service are are also excellent. The only con to this property is the beach. It is not very clean and we witnessed one of the souvenir vendors deal...

"Always a great stay at the San Jose Radisson. Great staff very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast buffet Rooms are large and clean soft beds and clean bedding."

"The bathroom in the room need renovation since it not functional and extremely old. Also don't expect hot water for your shower between 10AM and 4pm since they shut it down during that time. It also a little bit noisy due that you are on the corner two major roads. So overall if I had to go back to La Fortuna I would choose another hotel."

"Room was a good size, very clean, good air condition, large bright windows, comfy double bed, clean bathroom with hot shower, tv worked fine many English channels, felt secure, and quiet, decent breakfast in the morning, helpful friendly staff. Location convenient where Paseo Colon meets Avenida Central close to Central Market. The area requires caution at night.
