"Property is very clean and rooms were set up with all basic needs. No coffee or Iron set up in rooms which was not a big deal for me.The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The only negative about this property is there is no air conditioning in rooms."

"This is a decent hotel. The elevator only works on ever other floor but there aren't many floors so you have to either go up one extra and walk down or just walk up. The room was a little colder than normal for bogota because the entire wall is basically a window. The breakfast is ok with 2 croissants & eggs with juice and coffee. There are some decent restaurant options within walking distance from 6,000 pesos to 30,000 a plate. Taxis are easily accessible with 2 blocks."

"This hotel was closed when I arrived. I was told by a security guard the hotel is not open all year long. Unfortunately they take reservations for any time of the year."

"This hotel is perfection. Leyla and the staff are so welcoming, gracious and accommodating. Anything we needed, Leyla was more than happy to comply. The view from our room was beautiful. The entire ambiance of the hotel was very zen. Highly recommend."
