"The property was really nice and clean but the pools need to be updated. Notice a lot of cracks in the pool. The food was mediocre, the drinks were water down like any other resort, and also needed to improve their late-night activities. "

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming! They had several options of dinner choices and drinks. The services were excellent. They also had different entertainment each night. We are going back next year!"

"When it comes to the staff they were excellent, but the property was a bit run down and needed new and updated furnitures. The food was ok but needed to represent more of the Caribbean culture. The rooms needed an upgrade and the tvs need to be more modern, such as smart tvs . The WiFi only worked when most of the guest checked out. But overall it was a quiet stay."

"The property is nice. Beautiful pool and service but I never see a mofongo at the buffet. Lamb was the best. However I never see a show in the property as osuakky has before punta Cana. Needs more entertainment. The pool has a show for adults showing who move more there bat no appropriate for kids."

"There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "
