"The place is great. The only issue is that it was really hot in the lobby and the room. We turned the fan on and turned the temp down which didn’t help too much. We did have a room with a balcony though so being able to open the door was great. "

His customer service is excellent. All in all I was satisfied with my stay at Radisson. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Niagara Falls."
