“櫃檯服務人員態度超差”

“Bucket list property that exceeded my high expectations! Site and staff were over the top gracious and welcoming. Every level of service was impeccable. Hotel views are world class, upgrade from balcony to private terrace was so very much appreciated, the included breakfast was massive and the most extraordinary quality and quantity, the service was bot ever present and incredibly discreet. Loved our interactions with the front desk staff, who all seemed to act as concierges! Bellman fussed over……

“View很棒，整體不錯但早餐時間太晚（07:00開始）對要趕飛機的人，可能會吃不到，另外有一點比較糟糕是shuttle bus要先登記，我們按飯店給的時間表提早去指定地點等車，等了20分鐘，車沒來，只好走回飯店，問服務人員才說需要先登記，這點覺得有點不合理，而且我們登記shuttle bus離開飯店時，櫃台人員也沒和我們說明，走路回飯店感覺超差的！”

“The Front desk staff were awesome. Upgraded to a suite. The power shower is definitely a plus. On the downside was the noise on our last night ( party goers and perhaps garbage truck collection?????) it was impossible to sleep.”

“飯店人員服務非常好，會主動詢問旅遊相關的問題並且幫忙解決，包括租摩托車和行李寄放的問題都在現場就解決了。陽台外的夜景很漂亮，早上有陽光的時候可以看到波西塔諾著名的山坡房子和海的景緻。早餐很豐富也很多樣化而且超美味，我和老公飽到晚上才吃第二餐。因為這間旅館比較早期就營業了，因此設備和房間裝潢都很復古，但很乾淨也很舒適，沒有老舊的現象。我們老公入住的時間剛好遇到飯店冬季假期的前一天，所以只住了一個晚上就離開了，真的很可惜。之後有機會來義大利一定會來住個三天，好好的享受優閒的度假生活!”

“Amazing staff. There was a problem with Hotel.com - they booked a one bed instead of a two bed room and the staff was very helpful in adjusting the accommodation for us. Great location with lots of choices of restaurants, coffee shops and markets close by. Quieter than Amalfi and Positano. Beautiful view. Great place to stay. It's just off the Main Street. ”

“There are a lot of stairs to go up, the elevator is a single one from I think 1930 and I wouldn't trust it. No garbage pail in the room. It was difficult to find, through a big wooden door with no sign from the street. However, with this being said, I would still recommend it. It was very clean, free mini bar restocked everyday, right beside metro and train station and the people were great, very helpful. if you can overcome the stairs I would highly recommend it.”

“My stay in Ravello is one of the best experiences I have ever had. The hotel and service are out of my expectations. All the staffs are very welcoming. We were upgraded to sea view room, which is amazing. The view from Ravello is very different from Amalfi/Positano. It is very peaceful and relaxing. The infinity pool is a must visit spot of the hotel. We love the in room breakfast a lot, with a wide range of food choice. Given that the transportation in Amalfi Coast is busy, really appreciate……
