Sie helfen wo sie können und versuchen den Gast zufrieden zustellen. Jeden Gast muss klar sein das hier nicht um eine 5 Sterne Luxus Hotel handelt sondern sehr Familiäre Gasthaus mit allen Komfort. Vor der Anreise wird mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt. Kann jeden nur empfehlen wer die Natur und Ruhe……

“bueno tengo que comentar que el ingreso fue un poco complicado dado que la carretera no se encuentra en las mejores condiciones, pero el lugar es espectacular, las cabañas son fantasticas”

“The property and staff were excellent. The staff was super friendly. The transportation is great, the bus to Pereira passes right in front of hotel. The only drawback is thw noise level. A few bars near by that make noise very late. I would definitely stay there again, it's save and transportation is easy.”

“The hotel is small with about 7 rooms which was nice. The young man Maricio at the front desk was super helpful and nice and the women who cooked breakfast and cleaned were the same. Breakfast was simple and the same every day but certainly enough and good. The decor is fun and felt very homey. Beautiful view from the balconeys over looking the gorgeous mountains. A short (10-15 minutes walk through the town to the center. Very clean comfortable nice place. Recommend. ”
