"The single lane driveway to the property is a treacherous/slippery downhill drive. Unit sleeps 6 people but manager charged me $30 for extra bed that is filthy. Included breakfast is only coffee & toast. No choice but to buy their food, pricey $9 per person. Not a resort; No activities; No services! Not worth a 2nd night stay!! "

"Great community on the water. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, and there was security in parking areas. The room and patio was clean. The patio door was a little hard to shut but we got it. The ac worked great and there's hot water! We only stayed one night but I'd love to come back and stay for at least 3. The restaurant near our room served a nice breakfast and the view of Taal Lake was beautiful. "

"What a great time! Great staff, fun facility and god the view was great. Did the infinity pool at night and I was the only one in there. Not sure why. Probably a rarity but it was sooo serene. "First of all, out of a whole room you only get a tiny window and you still have bars like prison stops the circulation of air feeling suffocated. Second of all, no WiFi for 5 days after promising day after day for WiFi. 1000 peso fine for any stain on bed sheets and for any alcohol so no drinking allowed in room. Fine for washing, drying and ironing in your room as it's not allowed. No balconies to sit and and relax and false advertising of gym when it's locked away with sofas and literally...
