Pour des raisons écologiques et économiques, les lits et la chambre n'est pas faite pour les courts séjours de moins de 2 nuits Bien situé entre les 2 parcs. A 15 minutes de l'entrée d'Europa Park mais à 5 minutes en sortant par les hôtels du parc, coté Espagne.”

“RIght next to the cathedral, close to all tourist places. Need to walk one flight of stairs before there is a lift. Rooms are small but ok for a night or 2. Staffs are polite and nice. ”

“飯店服務人員非常好, 飯店設施如同預期. 星級飯店該有的水準都具備! 不過交通太糟糕了, 火車站周邊的大型施工, 讓步行過去飯店的路程超過30分鐘以上. 而且抵達飯店前的大天橋無數階梯, 要扛著行李帶著青少年孩子在豔陽下攀爬. 除非租車搭計程車, 否則帶孩子去的家庭 要三思.”

“Das Hotel ist gut, ein bisschen älter, aber guter Standard. Sehr gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal. Man macht nichts falsch, sollte aber keinen 4-5 Sterne Standard erwarten, trotzdem eine Empfehlung.”

“我6pm到達check in, 被告之上一個客人不願離開，而他們已經fully booked, 只剩下一間6張床的房間，而裡面裝修殘舊，並且入到去好陰好暗很不舒服，所以我們一家都拒絕入住。 之後他們安排了我們在市中心的一間apartment, 一進入大廈的正門，更比之前那間陰森恐怖。總使入到Apartment, 裡面的裝修都很新，可是卻非常陰暗。最奇怪是有一張BB食飯枱在房間對著睡覺的床，弄得整晚都睡得非常不好，第二朝只能早些起床岀發行程。幸好只是住一晚，不然必會立即換酒店。 我不會再來住宿，也不會推薦給其他人。”

“早餐豐富。有游泳池，乾溼桑拿和健身房。房間隔音效果差，可以聽到隔壁水龍頭開啟的水流聲，陽台設計很好。留言在訂房網站上的特別需求，飯店沒有回覆。”
