Convenience, Value, and Proximity to the beach are just 3 of the reasons you will love your stay in this condo! Not to mention the recently updated furnishings that this property boasts. Once you discover this gem, you will want to always return! Walk to the beach, Big Kahunas, Blaylock's Fish Market, Dunkin Donuts, and several restaurants with ease! St Martin Beachwalk Villas 122 sleeps 8. 1 King sized bed, 1 Queen size bed, 2 Twin size beds, and a sleeper sofa. 2parking spots available ($25 registration fee) Saturday to Saturday rental.

Destin, Florida is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village", but we do not stop there! The whitest beaches of Florida and the Emerald Green waters are unmatched. Shop in an outlet mall, an upscale outdoor mall, or one of many boutique stores. When you are through shopping, there are endless places to enjoy the local fare or just get a quick bite. Don't forget about our water park, amusement parks, and our dozens of golf courses.

The complex is non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in the grilling area only.

Great location and a pretty nice condo.
Overall a decent stay, but the property maintenance is lacking. Not huge things, but annoying nonetheless. For the high "cleaning fee" or whatever "host fee" means I would expect the place to be absolutely spotless if we're paying that kind of money. Access to the beach was great, but I would suggest stocking the house with a beach wagon at a minimum and maybe a few chairs. Microwave door didn't close properly. It was improperly installed (over tightened bolts holding it in distorted the top) and my main worry was that it may leak the radiation. I walked away while it was running. Toilet roll holder was jacked up. Bed was squeaky/noisy. Wouldn't matter too much, but the house has paper thin walls. Other than that it's a nice place, but needs more TLC.

Dirty and very loud
The unit was dirty. Hair all over the floors and sink. Had to check in after five. Had to contact someone to get a code. Stomping above us all night. You could hear everything and everyone. And that easy access to the beach is a joke.

Convenient and comfortable beach condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was extremely convenient near both the main road and a private, gated beach. Many destinations were walkable. The kitchen had all the required essentials, and the layout was perfect for our group of 6. Would stay again!
