Drive up to an oceanfront resort with security on premise. Grab your parking pass and wrist bands, drop your luggage, and be prepared for some fun and rest and relaxation.

Start your vacation by entering a luxurious, spacious, and modern oasis. With a king in the primary, twins in the secondary and a queen-size pull-out couch, and two full bathrooms, this condo is for the whole crew to enjoy.

What’s next?

The first pool, hot tub and gym are just a floor below. 3 pools and private beach (yes, of course you can rent chairs and umbrellas), is just a 3-minute walk down a boardwalk away from cars.

Grill your dinner poolside. Our fully equipped kitchen, snack bar, and favorite grocery store across the street means you never have to leave the complex when you need to refuel.

Need a break from cooking? As foodies ourselves, our guests love our recommendations and map of our favorite nearby restaurants which you can easily walk to. Believe me, you are in for a treat! From seafood, to Italian, to Mexican, sushi, to fast food, to the best frozen custard you will ever eat, you can surely find places your whole group will love.

The next morning, start your day by sitting on the porch and sipping your coffee while listening to the fountain or getting a workout in the gym. The beach calls. Walk along Destin’s endless white sand beaches, grab a boogie board to enjoy the waves or build a sand castle with our closet full of beach toys. There is also The Big Kahuna Water Park across the street as well as its 54-hole miniature golf course.

We have a washer/dryer in the unit for easy beach and pool clean up.

Need a day out of the sun? Destin Commons is our favorite spot with upscale stores, a delicious food court, and a bowling alley.

We also come here for a mix of work and play. Enjoy high speed wifi and a huge work space.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. We enjoyed sitting out on the large balcony over looking the pool. The location is wonderful with everything close by. The beach is an easy walk away. Definitely recommend staying here.

Condo was very comfortable and clean and loved being on the second floor and in the building away from the ocean. Very easy to navigate the grounds and felt very safe. The highway outside of the grounds is busy, but it was easy to drive to different places. Ahh...that beach and ocean! Ellen was very accessible and prompt to answer any questions or concerns.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was very well equipped for our family with two children to enjoy the beautiful beach on the property. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed, and there are also some beach supplies as well as some games and puzzles for the kids. Condo feels nice and updated. There are 3 pools at the main building and 1 at the Terrace, where the condo is, and they are all heated which was great for this time of year.

Great condo in Destin!
This condo is on the pelican Beach property with access to heated pools and hot tubs, and very short walk (<5 min) to the beach. This condo has all the amenities you need, quiet and safe. Food places easily deliver here, or grocery stores are adjacent! Owners were very helpful and you can tell they’re thoughtful with all the extras included in the condo- spare soap, spare beach toys, chairs, towels, and so on. Could not recommend more!

Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay at this condo. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The host was very helpful in providing recommendations and ensuring we had a memorable vacation. The unit was very clean and included all of the necessary amenities (and more!) including beach chairs, beach toys, and a full set up of utensils and supplies for cooking. I highly recommend this Terrace building over the main building which was much noisier and more crowded. This unit allowed us to enjoy the extras at the main building within a very short walk but provided the quietness we were after. We appreciated that this unit did not have people in units below us (the pool and admin offices are below). Our children are well behaved but we didn’t have to worry as much. We did not hear noise from neighboring side units or the unit above us which was a HUGE plus. The view from the balcony was perfect. The beach has some of the softest and best sand and is well kept. The pools are heated and were all very enjoyable. Lastly, the location can’t be beat. There is a lot to do within walking distance or a very short drive. I honestly do not have anything negative to say. I hope we get the opportunity to visit this condo again. Don’t hesitate to book it and have the vacation of a lifetime!

Great location!
The condo was just as described, and just a short distance to shops and restaurants. It is a little bit of a walk down to the beach, but not too bad. I’d recommend a wagon if you’re bringing a lot of stuff down with you. The bed in the master suite was a little on the firm side, but other than that the condo was great. Really clean and tastefully decorated. The property manager was very nice and glad to answer any questions I had. Would highly recommend staying here. We enjoyed our stay.

White sands + beautiful ocean waters + lovely condo = amazing vacation!
We had an amazing stay! The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. It felt like home away from home! The beach was a short walk away (3-4 minutes) and that is where we spent the majority of our late mornings -afternoons. Collapsible beach chairs were in the 2nd bedroom, they came in handy! We highly recommend The Donut Hole for breakfast! Best donuts we’ve ever had and their breakfasts are amazing! We also ate at McGuire’s, Big Red Cafe, Margaritaville, World Of Beer, and Longhorn Steakhouse. (all were very good) We also enjoyed a nice sunset dolphin cruise on the Hannah Marie and saw many dolphins! Ellen was very good at getting back to us with any questions we may have had. We are already talking about coming back next year! We love Destin and our stay at your condo was wonderful! I highly recommend staying here and will recommend this place to my friends and family!

We had an amazing time in Destin. We were so happy we found your place & stayed there. Nothing like being comfortable while your away from home. The place was lovely, clean and new. This was our first time going to Destin and I contemplated where to stay, not knowing the area. We loved staying at this condo! It was exactly like the pictures. Fully stocked kitchen and we used the grills a lot. We went in April and the restaurants got busy with all the spring break people (go early and plan accordingly). The balcony was a perfect size. It got a little noisy since you are directly above the pool but we had sound machines and it was fine! Communication from Ellen was so easy and quick! Staying at the Terrace building which is just behind the main Building was so nice- you never had to fight for a spot at the pool but you still had access to the other pools if you wanted. We tried all the pools and they were so fun for the kids! The walk to the beach was so easy and we had 3 small kids and still carried our chairs and umbrella. Plenty of beach space behind the people who paid for beach service which I thought was NOT worth $200. We felt totally comfortable leaving our stuff and dipping our toes in the water. There were 2 bag chairs in the closet and we purchased an umbrella at Costco and it worked out perfectly!! We’re already talking about coming next year :)) The only two recommendations we had were having beach towels and maybe a blackout curtain for the bedroom with twin beds. Otherwise everything was perfect and we’d easily come again!

Loved the condo! It had all the comforts of home away from home. It's located in a great spot - close to restaurants, grocery stores, stores and more. Great amenities in the resort - pool, hot tub, fitness room, short walk to the beach, etc. The property owners were very easy to work with and responsive to questions when booking and preparing for arrival. Was a little of a hassle to check in at the Pelican Resort instead of just checking in at the Terrace Building.

Our family stayed at this darling spot overlooking the pool and lake area. Ellen (owner) Was such a great help in getting us situated in her VRBO. She was always available to answer any and all of our questions, which is super helpful when your a first timer out here. The VRBO is modern with upgraded furniture and tastefully decorated. We absolutely loved it that we were just minutes away from the beach! The Destin waters are just spectacular too. Overall, we rate this VRBO five out of five stars! Ellen and her team will not disappoint 🙂

The description of location should specify that the property is at The Terrace.
To people traveling to Destin for the first time and in complete uncharted territory it would be helpful to know the difference between Pelican (direct view of ocean and beach access) to The Terrace being a lengthy walk away (with no ocean views). The unclear address caused issues with UBER pick up/drop off.
