This place is wonderful. The room was nice, the TV was very nice 4k. Very clean and comfortable. The highlight was breakfast it was better than most free breakfast hotels, the 2 ladies running it, were the best. Only suggestion is please add a microwave to the room.

Very very very loud noise from either side of the rooms, called to front desk no one answered. Bathroom sink plug wouldn’t work, only cleaned the room once for a four night stay and that was with asking.

It clearly says on the expedia website that check in for this property is 18 . After my kids drove through a snowstorm to get there for a very important early morning appointment, they were told by the front desk that they were not allowed to check in. This is truly unacceptable and gratefully, we found another hotel that was willing to have them. It could have been a disaster. I am not sure who is responsible for the misinformation, whether it was the Hampton Inn hotel chain, or expedia, but it needs to be changed to avoid this issue in the future. And our kids can fight in a war, but not check into a hotel room? Really? That should be changed as well.
