Valet parking is worth it if there is an event going on like a Rockies game since so many roads were under construction. The staff were incredibly nice about us having our dogs with us, too.

During checkin the rep was so polite, helpful and friendly. She asked what was our occasion for coming to Denver and I told her it was my spouse and I 18th Wedding Anniversary and because I’m on 50by50 journey (all states before 50) Denver was one my next destination. The day of our anniversary we received a knocked at the door from room service with a bottle of champagne, fruit, cookies and a beautiful note from the hotel staff… We’re so surprised! The staff is amazing! Again, thank you for everything!

Love the AC. Every town I go to, I try to stay at the AC. Great price for exactly what you need. Always in great locations where you can walk to all the main attractions. Staff was exceptionally kind at our Denver stay.

To be charged for smoking when You have no actual proof that there was smoking in the room, because there wasn’t, is absolutely absurd. Location is mediocre. Plus overlooking the fact that housekeeping doesn’t thoroughly clean rooms but you charge people for smoking is sad. Next time I’ll make the biggest fuss over the fingernails left from the previous occupants

The hotel had food, entertainment, and convenience! Anytime we needed something such as ice, towel, toothpaste, all it took was a call to front desk and someone was sent up right away. Staff was very friendly, giving recommendations for things to do in the area. The rooftop lounge was an excellent vibe and the views were amazing! Our king bed room was a tad small but very clean.

horrible service. don’t care if amenities in your room work or not. was told a maintenance person would come to room and fix some things and never showed up during our visit there. would not recommend

Hello Ms. Mcallister,We are sorry to hear that the room layout didn't meet your expectations, unfortunately our double queen-size bedrooms are designed the same way in the whole property. We do have another room type with a separate bathroom, but this has a king-size bed. Due to the size of our European-style rooms, we are unable to accommodate a microwave inside. However, we do have a microwave in our 2nd floor. We hope you come back soon and allow us to take care of you during your stay next time.

They overcharge on incidentals and expect you to just deal with it, was overcharged for items I never bought. And I bought two items from lobby fridge and even though I paid once with cash they charged my account for both. Don’t recommend staying here I didn’t trust leaving my room.

We were delayed in our flight and didn’t make it to the hotel until after 2:00am in the morning. Check in staff was very friendly and pleasant, she went out of her way and even gave us a complimentary breakfast! Hotel was clean and very comfortable

Great location, clean and nice!
A great location. We were able to park our car across the street using a third party parking app (saved money!). An easy walk to the Buell Theatre as well as several dining options in the area. Would stay here again and we will be back to do another night "in the city".
