My husband and I were visiting for a wedding and Jared remembered us and asked us how the wedding went. He was also able to offer options for dining which is above and beyond. "The home was nice, it is clean and looks like the pictures. Pool and spa are also very clean. The communication with the property management lacks, very hard to get in contact with on the day of your arrival. You leave a message and they are supposed to call you back, (they never did) I was concerned they forgot about our reservation. They bombard with emails before we arrived (when you book the property) and then the day of arrival no response. Until I was persistent for three hours, calling to...

"Our reservation was for handicap accessible but room was on the 2nd floor. Room was pretty run down, tub was refurbished and they was a dirty wash cloth on the shower bar. Just dirty ugh second room was not handicap accessible but we stayed anyhow, night number 2 we were unable to swim. Signs were not properly posted and what signs they showed us were faded and blended in with the area. Hard to see and read. We swam for 20 to 30 min them got told the pool was treated with chemicals and we were...
