Welcome to Calming Tides 902, your luxury Oceanfront condo at the newly built Aruba Condominiums. From the moment you step inside you will find yourself in the lap of luxury. We know that while vacationing, just as important as a nice stroll on the beach is a good night rest. All beds at Calming Tides feature only the best mattresses, pillows and down comforters, including Boll & Branch sheets. The spacious 4 bedroom unit also features 3 bathrooms, a luxury kitchen and a beautiful living area where you can enjoy each other’s company or just stretch out and take a nap with the nice ocean breeze. Fantastic Stay
We absolutely loved our stay at Calming Tides. The condo was beautiful, modern, clean and was well stocked with everything you would need, from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The host was also super nice and was very responsive. We enjoyed this condo so much, and you will not regret booking it!

Beautiful condo in a great location
We really enjoyed our stay at calming tides. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had an incredible view of the ocean. It was wonderful that there were plenty of beach towels and the beds were very comfortable. The condo is beautifully decorated. The only bummer is that the pool is under renovation. Thank you to our kind host and we look forward to coming back someday soon.

This property was just as advertised. The Communication was easy and instructions were clear. Beautifully decorated. Well appointed in all areas. Everything you need. Beds were comfortable. We would recommend this unit to anyone look for a larger unit directly on the beach.

Despite the weather the condo was absolutely beautiful. Felt like home but also so elegant. Very spacious, had everything we could possibly need. Owner was easy to reach with any questions we had. Loved it welcoming gifts, such a great surprise. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Calming Tides. The property was beautifully decorated, clean, well-stocked and had a wonderful view. The communication leading up to our trip was very helpful. Parking in the lot or garage was easy to find and use. This has been one of our favorite VRBO properties ever and we look forward to returning.

Fantastic experience
We cannot say enough about this wonderful property. We have rented many houses/ condos over the years in many different locations , but this property is at the top of our list. The condo was everything we wanted and much more than we expected. This is 5 star all the way. It is spacious, beautifully decorated, stocked with all necessities and to top it all ….the view is breathtaking. Jason was amazing and we cannot say enough good things about our stay.We would love to come back. Thank you Jason for being a kind and considerate host !

this place is a true find!
Everything was easy. Jason made sure we had all the information that we needed. The condo is spacious and has everything you can think of. Extremely clean! Outside deck has great views and the beach wasn't overly busy. Great Vacation and we will be booking again.
