"We loved our stay at Kenny's home in Incline! We were there for our micro-wedding in Tahoe so we needed a rental that was going to accommodate our family and friends. Unfortunately, the jets of the hot tub didn't work during our stay but Kenny called us and tried to get it fixed. It was just a bigger issue that needed parts ordered. Otherwise, everything was great!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this townhome. It's incredibly clean and comfortable with large bedrooms, bathrooms and closets. It's perfectly maintained and well appointed. The grocery store is steps away and only a 5 min drive to DiamondPeak ski resort. Even though it's close to everything the location is beautiful and quiet. Helen, the host, is so friendly and communicative. We'll definitely be staying again and would highly recommend."

"The location is great with good view, but the house has many issues. This is the only Tahoe rental that we will never rent again. 1) Interior is very old - lights don't work, blinds are broken, master bath tiles are coming off, towel hanger is coming off the wall, several wires exposed (not sure any of them is hot!). 2) Kitchen - plates/cups are chipped, cookwares are very limited. "Property was clean and was accurately listed. Our arrival was delayed due to flights. We got to the property at 1:00 AM and the door code did not work. Grateful that there was a 24-hour service line. They got us into the property in about 5 minutes. Location was convenient and plenty of parking."

"I planned a quick weekend trip with my husband and pup. I found this gem of a place and the pictures didn’t do it justice! The house was super clean and very comfortable. The backyard was massive and my dog loved it (there are dogs on either side, so if you have a reactive pup maybe not the best). The house is in a great location close to a lot of spots! Communication with Jessica was fast and she was very responsive. 10/10 would reccomend and will be coming back!"

"Thank you for making this excellent, well maintained & appointed home available. Far enough to escape traffic with a quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything else in the Incline area. "The house is adorable and just like it appears in the pictures. Its an easy walk to downtown and a bunch of restaurants etc, and a (relatively) short drive to a ton of hikes around lake Tahoe. Like someone else mentioned, I saw a few families of deer wandering around the neighborhood in the mornings and it was very quiet and peaceful. The host was super helpful and always responded quickly. Check in/out were super easy."

"Lovely home! Large kitchen (island) work area. (If you are cooking for a large family, you should bring bigger cooking pans.) Back yard is great for a big family. Attached apartment is nice for extra family, and disabled persons. Limited parking for a large family. Its a quiet neighborhood, so outdoor activities are cut short at 9pm. The host, Victoria, is very kind and helpful and responds quickly. This property is in a safe neighborhood, but also far away from amenities. Thanks again!"
