“This adorable little flat is located on the Dartmouth waterfront just a short walk from the ferry to Halifax and the McDonald Bridge if you are looking for an adventure it is a pedestrian friendly bridge that spans 1 mile and is about 15 minutes to walk. From there you can take the short walk along Barrington to Halifax's downtown core and a quick ferry ride back to Alderney Landing and back to the flat. The view from the front lower deck is spectacular and Lucy and Moe have a nice Bistro and……

“I was in Dartmouth for a professional development educational weekend course. This spot provided a great place to stay for the evenings in between course dates. It was clean, comfy, and had all the amenities that were listed. Great location close to everything.”

“Do not book this property as it is not ready to charge any fees until it is cleaned out of decades of dust, grease, debris and ants. The bed linen was very old and blood stained. The bathroom sink took a very long time to drain rendering it not fit for use. Kitchen pantry is unusable due to debris tossed in cupboards over the years. The kitchen sink faucet is not fixed to the counter. The refrigerator blocks the threshold to the hall. Cob webs hang from fixtures where the fire detector was at……

“The home was clean and well maintained. There are great views of the northwest arm and entrance to Halifax harbor from most of the rooms, including pool and hot tub. The interior decorating is cool including many wood features. Dan the property manager was responsive and provided good instructions on using the smart home features. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Halifax and this property.”
