Loved the location and all amenities so close by. Service was ok… our room wasn’t ready on time so we had to drive around for an hour until it was ready after already driving 5 hours to get there. Hotel and room were very clean. Beds were average. Pool water was very cold and crowded.

Our room was set at 30 degrees when we arrived, desk person suggested we turn heat down (we figured as much) sat in hallway for some time ( I had just had back surgery) I called back down saying we still couldn't use our room, same response. I asked for another room, she was unsure how she could do that. Long story I know but we moved to another roomand the morning staff were amazing. Big thank you for understanding our situation. We will be back!

Check in process was a bit hard to grasp all the detail about property as guest staff spoke very quickly. Didn't like the slow elevator and or elevator not working correctly by bouncing and skipping floors. Very loud stay on first night due to alot of people partying in rooms and main lobby.

Was placed on the same floor as a children’s hockey team, who took over all amenities (pool) and were quite loud. Not the hotels fault, but next time, please ask who your neighbours will be. Hotel would have provided a discount, but was unable to do so due to booking through Expedia.

Stayed here 2 weekends in a row , the hotel is beautiful. So modern and clean . Was there with hockey team and they accommodated the child by allowing them a place to play mini sticks. It’s the little things like that make your stay enjoyable. Staff were very friendly as well .
