"It was a nice, clean, well maintained unit and property. We could see the beach from our deck and the beach was only half a block away. When minor issues arose (e.g. re: another person parking in our spot) I was able to text the property manager and got a response that was helpful right away. Would definitely recommend it as a good spot."
