"Perfect stay for one or two people"

"This was a perfect spot for us. We spent a day in Charleston and the rest of the time on the beach. It was a short walk to the beach and to local restaurants."

"Overall it was a good. The stairs are fairly steep and need to be considered if desiring to rent it. Also the parking for this unit is very difficult to get into and out of. But we did like to be able to look out and see the fireworks over the other buildings. It does need instructions for worling the dishwasher and stove vent as if you don't have those models you will have a problem with them. When we needed something we got good service from the company for the most part."

"Great location. Enjoyed our stay. Walkable to all things Folly Beach. Only challenge was group of girls staying in apartment above us walking around in high heels on hardwood floors woke us up multiple times until 3am."

"Enjoyed our stay. The unit was extremely clean. Everything was very orderly. Place was in tip top shape. I had contacted the hostess a few times with question, she got back to me very quick. The unit was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes/utensils/towels etc, very impressed..I have absolutely no complaints or any negatives. I will recommend to my friends and would stay here again."

"The property was clean and very well-decorated. Beds were comfortable and the location was fantastic. Three minute walk to the beach, and about a 5 minute walk to all of the restaurants. The property managers were courteous and checked in multiple times to see if there was anything we needed. It was a very relaxing trip for three mommas who needed some peace and relaxation. I highly recommend this place!"

"Sea Cabins are the ideal place for folks visiting IOP! Beach access, close to food and attractions. Loved the beachy theme of this unit and Carroll Realty was super easy to work with. Will definitely be back!"

"The condo was perfect for our beach vacation. Right on the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and had everything we needed. Brendan was quick to help and with restaurant recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Great location.good view of ocean.beds are not comfortable need new mattress. Sofa bed needs replacing for sleeping. Does mot have regular coffee maker."

"The place was very clean and loved all the space. The thing we loved the most was the proximity to the beach. The neighborhood os also very lovely. The only thing that would have meade it perfect is if construction wasn't happening everyday right outside. Ofcourse,this is nobodies fault. Just things that must happen so not upset. "The property is brand new, you could still smell the paint! The suite itself was gorgeous, more than I expected. However, our stay had a lot of obnoxious other tenants. I was woke up each night around 3-5am with the screaming and paper walls. It was disappointing because the room and location were great. Don’t recommend for families. "
