Heated Pool, Epic Game Room and Massage Chair

Welcome to our huge house with a heated pool located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood in the Dallas suburb of Allen, TX.

Our house max is 12 guests and anyone coming to the home counts towards that total regardless of who is staying the night.

Have a blast playing a variety of fun games in our TWO game rooms:
Gameroom 1 has:

• Arcade games such as: NLF Blitz, Golden Tee golf, Terminator, and Pac-man

Watch all the big games on our 3 smart TVs throughout the home! There's one in each game room and 1 in the living room.

Enjoy our living room with comfortable seating including a MASSAGE CHAIR!! Dining table with seating for 7 plus 5 bar stools along the kitchen island.

HEATED POOL: The pool heater is meant for Spring/Fall, not winter. We aim to keep the pool at a swimmable 80° but this ultimately depends on the ambient temperature. The heat pump can only heat the water to a swimmable temperature when the air temperature is 60°+.

Sleeping arrangements:
All beds are upstairs.
• Bedroom #1: 2 full size beds, 1 twin bed, 1 office desk + 1 office chair. Full bathroom attached with double vanity
• Bedroom #2: 2 full size beds
• Bedroom #3: 1 queen bed plus an office desk and chair
• Bedroom #4: 1 queen bed.
• Bedroom #5: 2 full size beds, 2 twin beds, 1 futon, large office desk with 2 chairs

Guest access:
You'll have 100% privacy inside this home and the check-in process is fully automated.
Parking: 2 cars fit in the garage and another 2 can fit in the driveway behind the garage. There is also free street parking available in front of the home.

Other things to note:

We don't allow more than 12 guests, even if they're not staying the night. No exceptions.

We cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this home due to the time it takes us to clean it after each guest.

We do not allow pets at this home.

Booking includes resort quality cleaning, freshly laundered sheets and towels for all guests, as well as all consumables including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, and a whole lot more.

Open skate hours are held almost every day of the week, and the rink features a skate academy for beginners, skate sharpening, skate and party rentals, and a large spectator area.
Celebration Park
It’s a 10 min walk from our home! One of Allen’s favorite, free-family-fun spots is Celebration Park on Angel Parkway. Its 104 acres include sports fields and courts, hike and bike trails, a covered pavilion, and the refreshing “sprayground” known as kidMania.

Giant Party Sports offers the most exciting paintball and airsoft experience around.

Topgolf Allen: less than 4 miles away from our house! It’s only about a 10 min drive there.
Dayspring Nature Preserve:  offers 23.2 acres (9.3 hectares) of heavy woodland. This wooded greenbelt park has a number of dirt trails and leafy green spaces that make it a great place for hiking and mountain biking.
The grove at the village: The Grove is a family friendly area located near The Village shopping outlet. The area includes BBQ and picnic areas, a caboose, a dog park and a Texas-shaped hedge maze- guaranteed fun for all the family.

Things to do in Dallas:
Make sure to check out Lower Greenville, a pedestrian-friendly area that has always been a hotspot for nightlife. It's only a 5 min drive to amazing bars and restaurants such as:

La La Land Kind Cafe, Desert Racer, Eastside Social, Wah Wah Room, and Flatbread Company, as well as:

• HG SPLY Co: when a trendy bar with rooftop people watching and craft beers meets delicious, farm-to-table food, you end up with the hit bar HG SPLY Co.

• Swizzle: tiki bar and restaurant that teleports diners to a Hawaiian wonderland. 

• Beauty bar: it combines a hipster and girly yet grungy and groovy vibe to create one big party right before the beginning of lower Greenville.

•The Old Crow: a warm atmosphere with pool tables, jukebox, darts, karaoke, and more

• Wabi House: the go-to spot on Lower Greenville for ramen.

• Alamo Club: dig into expertly prepared steaks, smoky pastramy sandwiches, and roasted chicken, all while sipping the Dak #4, an excellent rum cocktail named for Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott.

• The Dubliner: Irish pub, the ideal spot to gather with friends around great drinks with a warm and cozy atmosphere.

Uptown Dallas: take a stroll down McKinney Avenue in the evening and you will hear the sounds of lively chatter, laughter, lots of music and people unwinding after a day at the office. Picture lots of patio seating, with tables of friends having dinner and drinks, sharing stories of their days and running into other people they know, making introductions and socializing.

Perhaps one of Uptown’s most appealing aspects, its social scene for young professionals just cannot be beat. Downtown Dallas is definitely bustling during the day with commuters and professionals, but is all high-rise buildings and parking lots. The recent addition of Klyde Warren Park on the north end bordering Woodall Rogers does help in giving some greenery to the area.
