The line for check-in was very long. They didn't give me the room with the king bed that I booked. Of the elevators from floor number 15 to 23, there is only one working and not very well. One of the times a couple, my husband and I stayed in the elevator and didn't move, until they called him from another floor.

Blood on sheets. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Valet LOST my car key (2024 Audi Q7) Tried to accommodate disgusting room only to attempt to move us to another room that reeked of mildew.. Overcharged for a single burger ($47) AND still screwed that order up. This whole place has gone DOWNHILL. Have stayed at this property probably over 200 times. My family and I will NEVER return.

Everything was fine, except It is very inconvenient when you come to check in and get charged extra 183 dollars that wasn’t expected. Also the lady who check me in didn’t tell me that it was being added until my card was declined and I asked her what I was being charged for. I also didn’t like being charged 30-40 dollars for parking each day. I parking should come with booking. Everything else about hotel was nice, but felt inconvenienced.

We do want to apologize for the 100 incidental pre-authorization fee not being explained upon your arrival.We do process an 100 incidental fee for the durations of your stay. If no charges are not signed off to your room, the 100 incidentals do drop off from your statement and only the room balance is hard charged after checkout. Unfortunately, our parking does come with daily fees.Your feedback regarding your dissatisfactions with parking has been taken into consideration for future improvements. We do apologize that your stay was not meet to your expectations, thank you for making us aware of your experience.
Wasn't able to get the room we booked on Expedia due to a large conference taking place. Me and my spouse were placed into another room with two full size beds. The room we booked was not guaranteed. I'm sure there was a huge price difference between the room we booked vs the room we received.

We wanted to spend a nice evening in Dallas and we decided on the Omni. The lobby is gorgeous and check-in was a breeze with a very helpful staff who asked us for our floor preference without upselling us. Our two queen room was spacious with some very cool amenities. We loved the TV in the bathroom mirror and having Chromecast available on the main TV was super convenient. Our fridge didn't seem to work at all though, which was a huge bummer, but ice was available down the hall. Pool was neat but I expected more to be honest.

Good location in downtown Dallas. There are good restaurants on site and the view from the pool is lovely. The parking is a bit pricey but offers in and out privileges. Alternatively, there is one across the street for $17 for 24hrs but no in and out access.

Omni do not guarantee your room choice (1 or 2 beds , sleeps 2 or 4 ) when it’s booked thru third party. They say it clearly. For the second time in 1 month we had to go back to this hotel and we had to argue for hours at the reception to get the 2 queen bed we booked for a family of 4.
. No concierge the last 3 days. Reception desk hard to reach on the phone… very inconvenient, rude at the reception desk, …

Worst Birthday Stay EVER!!! Had to wait in line over an hour to check in because Omni credit card systems were down nation wide…okay I get it…the line was also crazy long because 2 people were working..Finally check in and go up to the room (which I paid for an upgraded suite) was DIRTY! Like filthy…food everywhere and bed a mess. Obviously house keeping had not been there yet. Go back downstairs and finally talk to a manger..get a new room. He some what apologies and says he will give me time to get settled in and will check in on us. NEVER DID!!! Then we go down for breakfast and at check in they failed to tell everyone they would be closing early to get ready for Easter brunch. Keep in mind at this time it’s the next day and credit cards are still down. Everything is cash only and all ATMs are out of cash!!! I’ve stayed at this property many times never having a problem but I was appalled by the customer service this time. Definitely not normal Omni standards.
