“酒店让我感觉自己像个坏人，保安陪着办理入住手续，进出要检查房间卡，到车里拿衣服，保安就在旁边看着。退房没人来帮忙拿行李，自己拿进汽车，但有工作人员来问我房间号码！酒店音乐一直持续到半夜，噪音让我无法入睡！”
