"Very convenient location and great shuttle service to Downtown. Also they provide bikes rental which is awesome to go around the island. The pool walls are very dirty, it needs to be deep clean. The room floor needs to be clean as well and the room towels are clean but they have a dirty color. "

"This is a great place to stay, next time we decide to visit Key West we will fly. This property has shuttle service to and from the airport, they also have shuttle services to the main attraction area, you do not need a vehicle visiting Key West. The beach is directly across the street from the resort " there are not many beach resorts in Key West this one is perfect, The pool area is nice with two tiki bars available, the restaurant has a nice selection of food and it was very good. Hope this helps you who every reads this"

"All rooms are water view! When asked to upgrade the view you will be having same view as any other room. So don’t waist the upgrade! Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Place very clean and updated! Will stay there again!"

"The suite we had was great! It had a washer/dryer and all the amenities you need in the kitchen. The only thing I would add is grab bars in the shower. We're a mature couple. 🤓 The pool area was very nice as well!"
