"This is a very eclectic property - not for everyone but we loved it! Limited space but well designed so it had everything. Bed was very comfortable and sheets were wonderful. Some people may have trouble with the footing because of rocks. Gorgeous flowers and gardens."

"The location of this property is wonderful - far enough away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to get to any neighboring towns and main thoroughfares easily. I felt comfortable in the space and looked forward to returning at the end of each day. The property itself is beautiful and well cared for. "We very much enjoyed our stay. There are separate climate control features for the living room and the bedroom. The location is perfect right on Warren Street. There is some late night street noise so if you are a light sleeper I suggest staying one block off Warren Street. My wife suggests that the tub seemed slippery to her and that there should be a non-slip mat or non-slip decals"

"Perfect couple vacation spot. Total privacy at the end of a dirt road. Great decorating touches of the very practical apartment and fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans and cabinet with spices. Bed was very comfortable Two six foot glass doors (separated by a gorgeous stone gas fireplace between them) open up to a partially covered deck with a grill and a fire stove. and a view of a sloping lawn down to the lake. There is a rowboat, a pedal boat and kayaks for your use. Owners, a lovely...

It is rammed full of character and is very well located to explore both the Hudson Valley and the Berkshires, just over the border in MA. Joe left us to enjoy the place in peace but was always on hand to answer any questions. The kids really enjoyed taking a dip in the hot tub and making s’mores over the outdoor fire pit. We will definitely return!"
