“Overall a great stay, excellent location, and a reasonable price. It's a 1-block walk to the beach, easy drive or longer walk to restaurants and bars. The rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast was pretty standard. Service was responsive. ”

There was no shower curtain and there was still cleaning supplies left behind. The elevator is ridiculously slow. Other than that we’re already planning another trip here”

“It was great because it was right on the beach, but we didn't have a view of the gulf. It was strange with all communication coming via text -- no check-in at a desk. It was nice to get messages daily from what I called "the team" and I was able to ask any querstions. I just miss some face-to-face time. ”

We had to go down to the office several times because I never got the notification that the room was ready, never received my welcome packet with my wifi code in it. The office staff was not the friendliest. Other than that, I do recommend this facility. The room was clean and exactly like the picture. ”

“The only problem we had was not receiving an email with how to check in and out and we did not have any door codes to enter the building. We had to call to get the information and it was very time consuming. The staff was friendly and did all they could to help us but I was not pleased with the everything we had to go through to get into our room. ”

“This was our first time to stay in a Condo. Hands down loved it and can't wait to go back. It was clean and was enough room for our family. Communication with the owner is easy and she responded back fast!!! There are 2 laundry rooms on the property. There is one on the level as the condo which is nice and you dont have to walk up down stares. Wished there had been an elevator but other then that its EVERYTHING you could want and need. ”

“The property was just as described & pictured. For the price paid, it was perfect for us; we would book again in the future. The property has easy access to the beach by walking through the property (with restrooms and a seasonal snack bar) and an entry point (Rosemary Dunes) to the hiking & biking trails of Gulf State Park located across the four lane highway.”

“The condo was nice, clean and very plesant to stay in. with tat being said, we only have a few suggestions.. the couch needs upgraded, swags in the middle pretty bad. The frying pans need replaced, the teflon is peeling off badly. (pots were fine) The other thing is an easy fix. There was only 4 towels and 4 washcloths, 1 hand towel, for the 1 bedroom that sleeps 4. There should have been at least 6 or 8 towels and washcloths and 2 hand towels. No one wants to start doing laundry your first day……
