Second story nook above the Carriage Garage on the border of Chester/ Lancaster County on 22 acre estate. Come walk in nature with our fury and feathered friends. We have horses, goats, pigs and chickens to interact with during your stay. Surrounded by Amish farms, we are about one hour from Philadelphia and Baltimore, and a drive to Historical battle area of Brandywine and Valley Forge. Moccasin Run Golf Course is a field away and hiking at Wolf’s Hollow or to Mercer’s covered bridge. Half hour from Lancaster outlets and Intercourse village. Enjoy dinner and a few beers at Victory brewery or Historic Stottsville Inn.

What a lovely surprise!
We were just looking for a place within a reasonable drive of family--we ended up in a real gem! The owners are very personable, the property is stunning, and the welcome from the animals is pure joy. We had a great stay, and can't recommend the place enough. A must-stay.

Beautiful Property & So Many Animals!
Wonderfully kind hosts, perfect property with amazing animals. Dogs, horses, pigs, chickens, geese, ducks, goats, and one very beautiful turkey named Franklin. Our favorite part about this property was how stunning it was and being surrounded by animals. This was a great find and it surpassed our expectations. Loved Gemma their Great Pyrenees/new foundland dog so kind and gentle. We enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend staying here.

We have stayed at many VRBO in many states and have been impressed with most of them, but this far exceeded being impressed. The loft is beautiful, cozy, relaxing, and feels like home. Everything you need is there. The 22 acres is breath taking. We walked each morning and each night and our 3 year old was obessed with all the animals. We watched the sunset and enjoyed fresh farm eggs for breakfast. The owners are easy to contact and are so nice and helpful with local places to go. We will definitely be back!!!!!!!

Lovely loft apartment in bucolic setting
We had a wonderful time: a peaceful country setting with plenty of farm animals to enjoy: chickens, horses, pigs, goats, to name a few—and the fabulous Franklin (the friendly and handsome turkey). The apartment is clean and has everything you’ll need. We’ll be back the next time we visit family in the area.

Such a wonderful loft!
This is the third time we have visited this property, and we absolutely love it so plan to come back many times in the future. Stayce & Judd are fantastic hosts, the loft is immaculate, incredibly comfortable, and located on a beautiful piece of property. The wonderful eggs from their chickens that were waiting for us when we got there were a special treat!

Cozy Retreat
We stayed for two nights with our pup and can’t say enough good things about this charming rental. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy nature with popular attractions just a short drive away. Coming back to the animals in the evenings was such a treat. The owners were very accommodating and even offered us a late check out which was much appreciated.

Lovely retreat!
Judson & Stayce have a beautiful property with personable farm animals filled with personality who behave more like pets than livestock. My wife and I loved walking their long driveway admiring the surrounding Amish country and interacting with their horses, cows, pigs, goats and chickens. Franklin did not disappoint and their dogs gave us a chuckle. The loft was perfect…one night we even kicked back and watched a movie from their dvd library which was fun! Stayce gave great suggestions for surrounding historical places to visit. My wife and I are both 6ft+ so the bed and bathroom were tight, although doable. Would love to return sometime! Highly recommend if you’re looking for beauty, serenity and if you love animals.

Fantastic!
The pictures do not do this property justice! From the moment we pulled into the driveway, we were in awe of the beauty this property possesses. Then to be greeted and welcomed by all the animals who call this place home, we could not have been more excited. Stacey and Judson were available when we needed them and could not have been more kind and accommodating. Our stay was so peaceful and serene that we truly did not want to leave. If you love kind hosts, adorable animals, peaceful nights, and relaxation then this is the place for you!

We truly enjoyed our time in the country and would go back again when in the Lancaster area. It is interesting to be on the back side of an Amish farm...rather fragrant I'm sure during the spring season. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Would recommend this stay to anyone who would like a cozy place to stay. It might be a bit tight for tall persons though.

Just perfect!!
Judd and Stacey’s property is absolutely idyllic! We loved walking the grounds under so many tall trees, interacting with the friendly animals and enjoying the scenic farmland. The apartment is very clean, comfortable with central a/c and all kitchen amenities. The bed is fabulously comfortable! It was nice meeting the hosts and learning about the animals, watching how well cared for they are. It’s a very quiet and private place to stay, but with friendly people taking good care of us. Thank you!!

Camp GoGo at the Farm was a HUGE Success
We were traveling through PA and planned a couple of days with the grandkids. GoGo had wanted to do a camp with them and the time worked out. This was the PERFECT location. We did a lot of activities including checking on chickens, goats, pigs, and all the other animals. The two bulldog pups were great fun, as well. Definitely the start of the farm is Franklin the turkey. The owners were generous and allowed us to interact with all of the animal at our own pace, so long as we followed the guidelines they had in place (easy to do - basically close the gates and be nice to the animals). They were available if we needed them, but also gave us our space. The accommodations themselves were wonderful. The owners have made the most of the space and provided lots of things we haven't seen at other VRBOs. Having a couple of toothbrushes was a lifesaver when the kids forgot those. And the laundry was helpful, as well. If you are looking for a place to explore and get some great photos while making fun memories, definitely give this quiet, fun, and interesting VRBO a shot. Thanks so much to the hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
