“My husband & I stayed one night with our two labradors. The backyard is spacious and the fence is secure so we were comfortable having our dogs back there without constant supervision. The owner even had a delivery made with household products when they realized the place needed a few key items (TP, towels, etc.). The host was very communicative and quick to reply with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend this rental for those who are traveling with their furry friends.”

“The home is in a nice location with easy access to most things. The furnishings were nice and the beds comfortable. The home itself could have been better cleaned. Additionally, there was no bar soap, shampoo or coffee. Upon rereading the listing, I realized they were not listed in the amenities, so that’s on me. The main bedroom is dialed, the room with the trundle bed was convenient for my 2 daughters and I, plus the detached casita worked out well for my friend to have his own space. Location is the best part. Walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. I'm originally from Aptos so being right close to all the amenities was the goal and this house checked that box. Thanks again.”

“Communications with the host were excellent, and the property was beautifully clean. The neighborhood was safe and very nice. It only took 10 minutes to walk to the convention center. I would stay here again. The only reason that this review is a 4 instead of a 5 is due to parking. The place comes with a garage and you also get to use the space behind the garage. The problem was that some unknown person parked behind the garage and my car was inside the garage so I could not get out. I tried...

The only issue I have is saying place is ocean view is a bit of a stretch. You can see the ocean on the horizon through the trees etc. There is no real view. You will be in your car to go to beach and restaurants as its beyond what most people would walk. Its 30 plus minutes to walk to beach and if you wanted a chair or cooler or any such thing its...
