“Great property on the water at the Marina . 2 salt water swimming pools and a nice hot tub . Best to rent bikes and go the Stock Island for lunch or dinner. Also can rent kayaks at Stock Island. ”

“The condo was very small, but fine for two people. The kitchen and bath were updated and very nice. Carpeting needs to go away. And the furnishings are in bad need of updating. We loved the balcony. It was so spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Headboard is the wrong size. Our property manager, Melanie, was so helpful and was quick to return our calls. Thank you! We love the Truman Annex and always stay there. This was our first time in the Shipyard Condos. We enjoyed it very much.”

“Room was clean, had lots of items that were paid forward like coffee, filters, cooking spray. Also has two beach chairs, sand play kit, and towels. My best advice is to take bug spray for the mosquitos…sadly, they ruined the trip for us.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean and well supplied with essentials. The property is well maintained and safe. We were able to use the included bicycles to get to most locations we wanted to go in old town. Southernmost point was a leisurely 15 min bike ride away. The property owner communicated well with us and answered all of our questions. The only thing we were not prepared for was the traffic noise. The unit does face a busy street, so you can hear vehicles……

“We love staying in the Shipyard and find it a fantastic location. This property was the best unit we’ve stayed in. Very clean and comfortable with awesome decor. One room is a little tight with the queen bed taking up most of the room but the bed and bedding were very comfortable so it was easy to forget. Highly recommended.”

“The location was wonderful and quiet. Great pool and views while at the pool. Nice garden view from the room. Easy drive to Duval Street and other attractions. The biggest downside is the very dated and worn furnishings.”

“We rented the Condo at Shipyard because of the walkability factor. It was cozy and sufficient for a 1 week stay. It was clean and nicely decorated. We came to Key West to purchase a house, which we did, so we are now on our way to becoming Freshwater Conch's. I texted with Melanie and communication with her was great. So nice! I did use the pool at Shipyard which was nice. This is a two bedroom with queen beds and one bath so great for a family for a relaxing vacay! Thanks Melanie... It will be……

“My husband and I really enjoyed our time at Scarlet Mango Inn! Communication with the hosts was super easy with the convenience of reaching them via text. Our room was very clean and the property was so cute! It was a little noisy in the morning as staff cleaned outside, otherwise it was quiet. There is plenty to do within walking distance - food, bars, shopping, etc. We would definitely stay here again!”
