“My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the cottage with our baby and 2 small dogs. It had everything we needed, including a big yard for the dogs to run around in. Tons of things to do nearby with the dogs, including the fantastic trails right next door in Seal Bay (including a beautiful walk to the ocean where we saw Seals and Bald Eagles everytime). There is also a dog friendly leash optional sand beach (Saratoga Beach) within a 20 min drive. Andrea is a fantastic host and we look forward to……

“Great location - quick walk to the main building and lifts. Well stocked with dishes and coffee/hot chocolate and all the essentials. Only downside is no dishwasher so dishes and pans were not very clean so I had to wash everything before using. Overall would recommend and would stay there again! Great communication with owner who provided super detailed instructions with lots of great photos on parking/access etc.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Pat’s guest cottage. The place itself was beautiful and well appointed with a relaxing hot tub and a cozy fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and the BBQ made for some delicious meals. Check with Pat before you book with pets, but we were able to bring our cat with us and he had a great time also. Pat was so accommodating for him and even left us a little goodie bag of cat treats and toys! We would absolutely love to come back,……

“My friend (with infant) and I came to the island to visit and soak up some nature. Our stay in Buckley Bay provided beautiful views of the bay, with frequent visits from the seals and otters. The location, while a little ways outside of the main centres, was only a short drive to get to a cafe, nature walks, and restaurants. The house feels very spacious with large bedrooms and ample sitting space to cozy up with a cup of tea or good book.”
