One man at the front desk was extremely helpful in weighing my very heavy luggage, and bringing it to my room. Only complaint was the luggage stand was broken when I got in there, but not an issue as my smaller bag had all the items I needed. "This was in the right place, and at the right price. I used it twice, once after my flight, and once afterwards. Flying in from USA it was nice to have a good nights sleep before leaving the next morning. It set me up for a great visit with my Dad Everything was spotless and all just a few minutes from the airport. Only thing I could gripe about was that I couldn't find it, but that was probably just me. Nice room, nice stay."

Awesome hotel location, friendly staff!!
"The hotel location was perfect! Across from the Promenade, a block from our morning cafe latte & chocolate croissant. Our room faced the city (actually another building) which was very quiet & appreciated. The check-in staff was very friendly, helpful (my son had a bad cold, she helped us find a Chemist that was open on Sunday). They could not have been nicer. We took the #12 bus to/from the airport - so easy! Drops you off 2 min. from the hotel. Restaurants everywhere - the beach across the street, the train is a 12min walk, straight back from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay her again!! Thank you to all the Le Royal Team!!"
