"The cabin was perfect for my spouse, 17 yo daughter and dog. I loved reading next to the river and having space for my dog to play. The garage door wall of the kitchen opened up the space more and was great having all the fresh air. Kitchen was just right, the bedrooms and beds comfy too! We came up for a wedding and to detress without the fuss and this was a perfect spot. Town was a couple minutes away. Thank you for sharing your space with us!"

"This property was located perfectly for day excursions to Mesa Verde and Durango. We enjoyed the hot tub and game room. Very comfortable furnishings. My only suggestion would be to install screens on the windows and doors. We couldn’t open them at certain times of day due to the bugs."

"This was our 2nd stay and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. No pretentions, just what we expected for a cottage on the reservoir in the country. We had everything we needed to make lovely meals. I'd strongly recommend future guests to bring fans, cabin does not cool well or have proper air flow without access to back door. The house is very close to the park entrance and very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations etc. The house was very clean and almost like new. It was the right location to spend the night after the long monument valley drive and perfect for doing mesa verde. It has beautiful views and close to town. The pictures of the house are accurate. It needs some repairs..cracked tiles and mirrors, sidewalk and drive way deterioration causing tripping hazards …but the beds are comfortable and plentiful which is what we needed most.
