Great place to stay, clean and convenience location--- **except for when there's a problem. We paid for a king bed but received a Full- when we called front desk and inquired they said they were out of King beds and would have to talk to owner about compensation. After 10 phone calls and leaving messages to talk to owner we were given the run around and put off and ignored. Contacted Expedia and received refund. I would have been happy with a few bucks back for the inconvenience but instead was avoided to have the matter resolved. Customer service is subpar.

Property close to North beach good Mexican restaurant in parking lot. Very dirty place needs to be cleaned up people living in rooms ...rough crowd.

We started the weekend only. The front desk ladies were super kind! Sadly the room upstairs from me was running and stomping all night which was annoying to hear. Also, I understand the need to clean the rooms, but at 8am housekeeping tried coming in the room and it SCARED ME. Thankfully I had the safety lock on or they would’ve fully opened and gone in the room… It has never happened in any other hotel before so it caught me super off guard especially since I had til 11 to check out. Was good to stay in, just small inconveniences. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room and sheets were clean! Tv even had Netflix I can log into so that was a small plus to me.

It was terrible. Disgusting Stains on the covers. It reeked of something disgusting I can’t even explain the smell. There was mold on the shower head. The toilet was dirty. The shower had rust everywhere. I also used my reward points for this stay. I lost out big time. I didn’t even stay I slept in my car and rented a room else where the following morning.
