"Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Clean facilities and room."

"Inside: The property is very nice inside with a full 'fridge, a two burner stove, a dishwasher and an oven. The bathroom and bed area are very nice with nice lighting (motion activated lights in some places). The sofa is a little awkward, both in placement and size (it is a very shallow couch, not really lounge-worthy). But the couch is the only complaint I have about the room. Outside: The property is in a developing area, so there is a lot of construction. However, there are also a lot of new hotels, condos, etc. in the area. There is a nice park right behind the property, and a venue with lots of dining options about a block over. There are other bars and grills within walking distance and a city train stop very close. This is a great location to explore a bit of Charlotte. Parking: There is a valet for parking, but I didn't know that and parked in a lot on the side of the property. At the time of this posting, it was $14 for 10 hours."
