While not located in the direct center of Copenhagen, it's an easy walk into town if you're a walker! Great access to the waterway. The hotel was clean, and the food (breakfast and dinner) was good quality and not obscenely expensive. The fitness center was well stocked for a workout. The one recommendation I have to the hotel is to create some order with lines at reception. Many people line up to be served by the reception even though others have been waiting for longer. Recommend for a more affordable stay in Copenhagen.

This was a great hotel. Its location on the harbour, but only a 15 minute walk from the centre is perfect. The staff were friendly, and the facilities were good. We loved the rooftop terrace. It was lacking a decent shop, but essentials were available to buy in reception. My only criticism was the lack of availability of the pool for children. There were sessions available at the weekends for families, but you had to book an entire spa session at about £30! We just wanted to go in the pool! Luckily we found a public swimming pool only a 15 minute walk away.

Really nice hotel, staff are pleasant and engaging and the choice for food / drink is good. The area is within easy walk from the train station and well placed for the majority of tourist attractions, which was a bonus. No issues with anything other than working out how the lights work in the room! Will return.

Loved our stay here. Right across from harbour, 10m walk from Central Station and Tivoli. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast with plenty of choices and staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again.
