"The stay was very nice. The main challenge was the humidity in the room which high, therefore having to maintain the AC at 70°, which was a little too cold for us. The staff was very nice and accommodating, and very helpful with excursoins in and around Condado. "

"The positives--Hotel was clean, the view of the city skyline at night was fun and colorful, the beds were super comfortable, and the location was a short uber ride away to almost everything in Old San Juan. No one really used the pool, so we had it to our selves almost every night. And while the public spaces are on the noisy side, the rooms are quiet. The negatives-When we were there, there were two restaurants on site. We found service to be very slow (like 30 minutes just to get a menu),...
