It took an hour to get in touch with the property manager while I sat in my car and he told me to go to a different cabin; I started feeling better about things. However, a stranger came in at 9am in the morning without knocking and woke me up - I have no idea why, and frankly that’s just unsafe. I really wanted to like this place, the cabins are well done, but for the price...

"Couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at the Cozy Cabin. Loved the relaxing environment, the chic decor and all the amenities the cabin had to offer. The best bonus was the super friendly goats, dogs and Flint, the resident cat. We felt right at home!"

"It is a nice house but found it odd that it was their every day home and didn’t expect to find their toiletries in the shower, leftovers in fridge , etc. We found it hard to relax , feeling like in someone’s home. The house is beautiful , pool is nice. Needs to get exterminator - got stung by a scorpion and swarms of bumble bees and wasps on porch."

"The cabins are so great! Good use of space. The retro vibes were so cute. The only picky suggestions I would have is get ahead of the wasp issue. Which almost any cabins problem. And maybe tilt the ladder to the loft a little. Instead of completely vertical. But those are so minor. We will definitely be back!!"

"Check in was a breeze and our whole stay was enjoyable. Great, friendly people running the campground. We have 5 families that travel together shooting archery and this was a perfect place for all 5 of us to stay together. We will definitely stay here again."

"It’s was perfect for our vacation, it rained most of the time and having the soaking tub inside next to the window was peace. The city of Sulphur Springs was cozy and beautiful, would definitely go back and stay again. The canvas did leak on the last day when we were packing up but it was from high amounts of rainfall"

"We had a great time at this quiet property this weekend. My son and I loved seeing nature up close, getting to fish plenty, and enjoying a nice fire at night. All necessary things were included at the cabin to make it enjoyable."

"My wife and I spent a weekend here. We enjoyed renting the jon boat for some fishing, grilled, and enjoyed the hot tub. Close to town for grabbing food to cook and forgotten items. Shower water pressure wasn’t great and the bedroom is small, but it was a nice getaway for us. We would definitely rent again."
