"This house has great space for a group of adults. The 3 bathrooms and bedrooms were a luxury for our group of 5. A few cleanliness issues but overall it was fine. The hot tub was great and the kitchen was adequately equipped. If there were 8 people as advertised, you may be short on plates/glasses and the table only seats 6. Brown Co State Park is close and the hiking is surprisingly good for Indiana! We would definitely go back."

We really wanted to spend our weekend at the cabin but it had not been cleaned. And, it being a weekend and after hours when we finally arrived, we couldn't contact the office [there was no cell service]. "The house and property were clean and well maintained the owner was very responsive to all questions. The owner notified us that mosquitoes had become a problem but they had the grounds professionally sprayed. We brought a couple of foggers and had no problems with the pests. Only one small quibble, there is no view of the pond from the house— otherwise perfect!"

"Located close to all of the places you’d want to visit, but secluded enough to have that immersed in nature Brown County experience! Very clean, plentiful in space, and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The indoor hot tub was amazing! Our only suggestion would be blinds/window treatments in the upstairs bedrooms. Only the king/master on the main level has blinds. Would definitely recommend and return to this cabin!"

"We took our boat, great location to Lake Monroe. We had dinner at the Fairfax Bar and Grill. GREAT DINNER, food was delicious and great friendly service and it is dog friendly. Our cabin was fine for our needs. There were holes in the screen but a gentleman came and sprayed the wasps. Dog MUST be on leash."

"7 Acre Legacy was a beautiful property! Once we arrived we didn't want to leave. We enjoyed the setting - wildlife, hiking, fishing, etc. We took advantage of the all the amenities - hot tub, ping pong, outdoor eating, and firepit. My husband and I sat at the firepit with our calendar, trying to figure out the next time we can come back to 7 Acre. The place and our experience exceeded our expectations.
