The bathtub, toilet and coffee pot didn’t work. Housekeeping never came and we had to ask for our own trash bags.

There was not a restaurant or bar on property. The room body wash was empty, and for three days they did not fill it up. They did not come and do room service except once and then they did not make the bed, or fill up body wash or leave extra soap. Upon check in, they could not find our reservation, because the y had given the room to someone else. Then after they got us a room, after i was in bed, after 11 pm the y called and wanted me to come back to the desk so they could run my card again which then caused my bank to freeze my account for fraud.

Stayed 3 nights. Pool was closed entire stay. Kept telling us it would be open the next day. Room was not serviced one time nor did we receive new towels. Would not stay again.
