- Please respect wildlife—property is in bear country.
- Amenities, such as the hot tub, may be unavailable during maintenance periods.
- Home is not 420 friendly/No drugs of any kind on premises (includes all indoor & outdoor spaces).
- Smoking allowed only in designated areas located in the game yard on the outside 10 feet away from all doors.
- Minimum age to rent is 25. Photo ID Age Verification & Rental Agreement required for all reservations.
- Property does have AC/Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Alarms
- Cameras on property are for security purposes & not surveillance.
