First time here in Colorado. Beautiful location with great view. Easy travel to many activities and sightseeing.

Couple issues.
Just a couple issues with this property. It appears that an animal got in to the garbage before we arrived because there was trash all over the ground near the trash can. There was a water leak under the kitchen sink at the hot water location. So we were not able to use the hot water.

Comfortable and beautiful views
My family and I enjoyed our stay! Comfortable beds and living spaces. Favorite part was being outside and sledding in the backyard. Easy to find location and close to town.

Nice stay but one major concern..
This was a great home base for our family of 5 while we explored Colorado Springs. We loved the proximity to the zoo, cave of the winds, and garden of the Gods. The kids loved the arcade games! It was clean but very minimally stocked in terms of the kitchen and extra blankets etc. One major concern- there is not a single smoke/CO detector in the house that I could find which was very unsettling in a house made completely of wood... I thought I smelled a gas smell at one point which is why I looked for them and couldn't find any. I hope the owners remedy this issue before having anyone else stay in the house

Beautiful place!
Location was wonderful, and centrally located to all our exploring. We loved the view and wildlife. Noticed that there was not a large enough grill for us to grill a meal, and the oven door handle was broken when we arrived, but no worries, we were not baking! Front bedroom's blind was more than 10 inches too short, so not much privacy there...weird!! We still enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Very nice property for the price. Excellent location
Overall, this was an excellent property for the price! Very convenient location to all the attractions we wanted to do. The only negative I have to say about this is the sofa sleeper in the basement was not comfortable at all! It was slopes upward from the head of the bed. Other than that, it was awesome! Beautiful views!

Great location
We enjoyed the view tremendously and were close to many attractions. The house was plenty big for 2 adults and 4 teens. The only complaints I can mention are it wasn’t super clean (I didn’t let management know, we just dealt with it) low water pressure and the Wi-Fi wasn’t the best. But considering we were out in the “woods” I thought the Wi-Fi was probably the best it could be. I would recommend this house.

Nice house, but...
This is a beautiful house with amazing views! We did enjoy our stay, with a few exceptions. When we arrived on Wednesday, there were 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 bathrooms and no paper towels. The towels and linens were not finished being washed and dried. We called the housekeeper & were told a bear interrupted the cleaning of the house and were told that someone would be there ASAP. We noticed the shed, where we were supposed to place the garbage, had a door ripped off. And, the only garbage can, with no lid, was overturned. One bedroom had broken shade, and one bathroom had a broken towel rack. We finished the laundry and bought our provisions at Walmart. But, did not hear from or see anyone until Friday. She said the bear had broken the shed door. She found the bear proof can at the top of the driveway with the previous renters garbage spilled in the brush, and would have it cleaned up. (was not done). She also brought 2 small rolls of toilet paper (for 4 baths, 10 adults, 4 night stay). We informed her of the problems and that we had finished laundry and had been the Walmart. Be careful on the steps into the house. It can be tricky. The beds are worn and not very comfortable. Tried to communicate our concerns, but, communication with contact people and property management was either a long wait or nonexistent.
